The course further develops and refines critical thinking skills by student participation in clinical scenarios and de-briefings. Students prepare for the care of patients in a simulated environment, engaging in health assessment, psychomotor skills, pathophysiology, and implementing the nursing process, to develop a plan of care to encompass the QSEN competencies.
